The programmes outlined are not fixed courses. They represent proven capability themes that we tailor to your organisation’s context, priorities and workforce needs.


We begin by working with you to undertake a rapid diagnostic review, helping us understand your strategic objectives, operating environment and leadership capability requirements. 


This insight informs the design of bespoke, targeted and outcome-focused programmes aligned to your strategic workforce priorities.


Programmes can take many forms - from enterprise-wide, year-long development initiatives, to blended learning and coaching, leadership-level tailoring, or single high-impact events designed to create lasting change.

Leadership & Management Bespoke Programmes

We will work with your organisation to undertake a rapid diagnostic review to help inform how to build bespoke, targeted, outcome focussed programmes that will align to your strategic workforce needs. These programmes can take the form of year long enterprise wide development programmes, supported with coaching, one off delivery, and leadership level tailoring, or single events which leave a lasting impact.

Leadership & Management in a world of AI

Equips leaders and managers to lead effectively in environments where AI, automation and data-driven systems increasingly shape work, decisions and accountability. Rather than focusing on technology itself, the course concentrates on the human leadership and management capabilities required This includes participants exploring how judgement, ethics, inclusion and trust become more — not less — important as AI scales. 

Leadership When The System Is Under Pressure

 For leaders operating in complex, regulated or high-stakes environments where performance must be sustained while the organisation is under continuous pressure. Participants develop the capability to lead through ambiguity, constraint and competing priorities — strengthening judgement, decision-making and ethical leadership when the system itself is stressed. The course focuses on how leaders stabilise teams, maintain trust and make deliberate choices.

Leading Workforces for Tomorrow While Delivering Today

This reframes workforce leadership away from short-term capacity management and towards long-term capability design. Leaders develop the skills to shape work, roles and teams so that organisations remain adaptable as technologies, operating models and expectations evolve. The course equips participants to lead workforce transitions without disengaging people or compromising delivery - aligning strategy, people, systems and risk.

Leadership & Followership

3 Day

Our Leadership experts, with extraordinary lived experience, will take teams through a focused, challenging, and thoroughly engaging session on Leadership and the often-overlooked element of Followership. This will create self-awareness, new insights, and stronger bonds between teams.  


Undertaken at all levels, from Executive to junior teams, this highly interactive, engaging approach will uplift performance.

Inspirational Learning Days

1 Day

This will be a highly motivational day led by one of our leadership experts. They will draw upon their own inspirational stories of expedition leadership, adventure, high performance sport and military,  while also drawing upon their experience in business and organisational  leadership, putting all into context of the learner organisation. 


This will give immediate, impactful insights and approaches, allowing the participants to return to the workplace with actionable insights.

Communications In A World Of Difference

2 Day

Expert Learning Delivery to equip people to communicate effectively and appropriately with each other within a world of difference in the workplace.  


In today's dynamic workplace, effective communication is essential for fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. Our "Communication in a World of Difference" program equips team leaders, managers, and supervisors with the skills to engage and communicate with teams of difference successfully.


Expert Coaching

Coaching is so often seen as something only for executives. We recognise that coaching is appropraite at all levels to help people grow, reach their potential, and uplift individual, team, and organisational focus. We create coaching programmes to support organisations deliver effective succession planning, internal mobility, supporting recently promoted internal people to reinvent themselves, and real time team performance.

Succession 'Step-Up' Coaching

6 Coach Sessions

Enable effective succession plans with our Step-Up Coaching programme. 


This programme seeks to focus our coachees on being ready to operate at the new level. 


The programme is tailored to individuals needs. This includes both sharpening skills for the next level, and how to be seen 'differently' by your new and old peers and stakeholders.


There are many challenges when being promoted within an organisation, but being ready need not be one.

Real Time 'Team' Coaching

2 Days (1 full day, 2 Half Days)

Immediately uplift team performance.


Start with a coaching session with the team leader to understand the team challenges and dynamics


Followed by a team day led by the coach to impart tips, techniques and approaches,  to drive increased team interaction and performance 


This is followed by a half-day 'Real-Timee Coaching' session, during which the coach sits in on a real team meeting and provides real-time interventions to help the team learn and embed higher-performance behaviours.

Performance Coaching

6 Coach Sessions

Support key people by helping resolve tricky issues,  overcome weaknesses, and guide people to develop strengths. 


Whatever the  need, our experienced coaches can work with your people to help them improve their capability.


Start with our Diagnostic Review to help understand the specific need and build the coaching plan.


Undertake coaching sessions, focussing on actual praactivity, putting it into practice in the workplace, such that improvement is visible to key stakeholders and sponsors.
