Start with a coaching session with the team leader to understand the team challenges and dynamics

Followed by a team day led by the coach to impart tips, techniques and approaches,  to drive increased team interaction and performance 

This is followed by a half-day 'Touchline Coaching' session, during which the coach sits in on a real team meeting and provides real-time interventions to help the team learn and embed higher-performance behaviours. 

Support key people by helping resolve tricky issues,  overcome weaknesses, and guide people to develop strengths.

This will be a highly motivational day led by one of our leadership experts. They will draw upon their own stories of mountaineering, expedition leadership, adventure, and sport while also drawing upon their experience in business leadership. 

This will give immediate, impactful insights and approaches, allowing the participants to return to the workplace with actionable insights.

Our "Communication in a World of Difference" program equips team leaders, managers, and supervisors with the skills to engage and communicate with teams of difference successfully.

With so many technology options available to make the workplace fully accessible, it is critical for organisations to have a deep understanding of what is available, how they are implemented and the benefits they can bring. In addition, it is key that people understand how to build an accessible workplace. Our bespoke programmes enable both.

We provide tailored and bespoke supported employment training programmes. Covering a wide variety of programmes, we will work with you to determine your requirements and how they can be fulfilled cost-effectively and professionally. 

We recognise that people working in the Supported Living sector, including those for the elderly, face many daily challenges. Our programme equips them with tools and techniques for self-resiliency, protection, and conflict avoidance. We also cover topics such as substance abuse, suicide prevention and risk assessments. For leaders, we can also include regulations and laws to help ensure awareness of obligations.
